Responsibilities:

General account managing tasks, including:
• Sales & Call on Hot Leads daily; Make about 200 calls a day per sales rep.
* Customer Service
• Account Management; Development
• Rate Negotiation
• Carrier Sourcing; Acquisition
• Other general account management tasks
* Dispatching knowledge


Requirements:

Success in this position requires a self-motivated, enthusiastic team player, who excels in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with brokering auto transport and freight highly desired
• Prior experience working in a sales or customer service role is preferred and some college education is desired.
• Excellent and effective communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Strong customer service orientation and excellent work ethic
• Ability to quickly process information and make decisions
• Effective negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Excellent time-management skills with the ability to multi-task
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Quick learner, a logical thinker, and team-oriented.
• Computer literate: Word, Excel, Outlook
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Activities
•Contributes to our sales promotion and business development for our logistics activities such as Transportation/Freight Broker, Warehouse and Import/Export
•Develops new relationships
•Negotiates and closes deals
•Act as liaison between Client needs and expectations and carriers
•Prepares periodic sales report showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion
•No Supervisory Responsibilities
