and I'm an independent dispatcher working all over the USA with no contract no advance payment no hidden charges . You can keep me as an option whenever you need assistance in finding load.. my fee is very small and I'll try to negotiate my fee with the broker so you people could still retain 100%of your RPM. I've some good relations with the brokers and shippers and i belive you'd love to work with me . I only charge 4% for semi only trucks of the total weekly gross and a flat fixed rate of $300 no matters how much you earn at the end of the week..but if some misadventure occur we can still negotiate the fee. No worries.
