- We are a refrigerated carrier owned by McEntire Produce in Columbia, SC. We do not seek outbound freight and we only want freight that returns to SC, preferably near Columbia, SC. With the recent changes in the FMCSA regulations, we have not been actively seeking back hauls but we are interested in becoming more active in 2014. The areas we would like to concentrate on are TN and VA, and possibly the western NC area.
