| Below you will find the requirements for this job. Start ASAP!!! Power Only Loads!! Need step deck or chaises ( if you don't have one you are able to rent at location for $250 per week) Also, safety certification is needed ( if you don't have it, you will be required to complete safety training on site before you start. Will take approximately 15-20 minutes. Unlimited sand loads!! 7 days a week. Pick up direction will be provided once all paperwork is complete. Location will be Midland/Odessa, TX. Pay weekly on Friday. Will travel 30-60 miles from pick up location. I will need a copy of your: Operating Authority W-9 Insurance Certificate Driver Equipment List: H2S Monitor Full Brim Hard Hat FRS (FLAME RETARDANT) COVERALLS STEEL TOE BOOTS CLEAN SHAVEN (MOST IMPORTANT) SAFETY GLASSES EAR PROTECTION (IT CAN BE DISPOSABLE ONES) SAFELAND PEC AND H2S CERTIFICATIONS UNIT EQUIPMENT LIST: FIRE EXTINGUISHER TRIANGLES MAKE SURE ALL UNITS HAVE CB RADIOS If you have any additional questions, feel free to contact me at 484-597-0212 |
