Rockfarm Supply Chain Solutions is currently seeking a Freight Broker Agent specific to trucking to handle shipments and third-party logistics. The ideal candidate should have experience arranging freight transportation, rate negotiations, freight sales, and inside sales.

​Requirements and Qualifications

Minimum of 2-3 years experience in truck brokering and account management
Proven sales record/book of business
Proficient in TMS and Load Board software
Strong customer service skills
Excellent negotiation skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Duties and Responsibilities
Oversee and coordinate shipments on behalf of customers
Research carriers
Negotiate between customers and carriers to secure the best rates for customers
Process shipments
Communicate with and notify customers
Build customer relationships
